The steep pitch and protruding gables on these contemporary townhouses is a striking feature. The rears of the homes are designed to make full use of the morning sun yet protect against it later in the day. A mix of designer clay bricks, polystyrene cladding and natural lime stone has been used on the outside to give it a natural feel
The clever floor plan with the master bedroom, ensuite and living areas are situated on the ground floor, whilst two bedrooms and a shared ensuite occupy the first floor. The rear lane was utilized to move the double lockup garage to the rear of the property, allowing for a courtyard and water feature and garden to be constructed. The entrance foyer contains a modern staircase and large window overlooking another lush courtyard. Tasmanian Oak parquetry has been laid throughout the living area floors, with a masonite border finished in a high gloss exuberates elegance. This complements the kitchen granite bench tops, full gloss painted doors and stainless steel European appliances that open to the living areas. From here large stacked sliding doors open out to the outdoor entertaining area and open yard, making it a house well suited to entertain.
